Sterilizer Controls and Refurbishment

ETC has the capability to totally refurbish, upgrade or modify any make or model of sterilizer. The refurbishing is performed in compliance with either the original equipment manufacture’s (OEM) or ETC’s most current technology.

Prior to the upgrading, refurbishing, or modifications, a hydrostatic test is performed on the sterilizer chamber and jacket (if applicable) to determine the structural integrity and ensure that the sterilizer will have an effective life.

Some of the more common modifications ETC service engineers perform include:

• General purpose to high vacuum steam sterilization.
• Replace existing leaky and decayed sterilizer piping with new.
• Existing Microprocessor base controls to current PLC system.
• Provide stainless steel sheet metal or fascia walls.
• Sterilizer Chamber polishing or cleaning.
• Sterilizer Calibration services.
