ETC's global Sterilizer Division was founded in 1969. Our world headquarters and manufacturing facility is located in Southampton, Pennsylvania. All of our sterilization equipment design and fabrication is done here in the US. ETC's strength lies in our differentiation. By focusing on what we do well, ETC is able to utilize its manufacturing and creative design capabilities to provide our customers with the equipment that will best meet their specific needs.
Size
We specialize in medium to large (30 to 6000 cu. ft.) type sterilizers/autoclaves for the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and life sciences markets. Our unique custom design capabilities provide our customers the proper size chamber for optimum performance and utility consumption for the application.
Door Styles/Configurations
ETC is the only manufacturer that continues to offer all types of different door configurations. We offer Hinged Swinging Doors, Horizontal Sliding Doors, and Vertical Rising Doors.
Life-Cycle Cost
ETC's sterilizers/autoclaves have the lowest life cycle costs. We allow you to control maintenance costs of the equipment. By providing non-proprietary commercially available control systems and piping components, we empower our customers to procure parts from their own suppliers.
Product Service & Support
Our non-proprietary PLC control systems come standard with Modems for on-line assistance from our Factory Test Department. Diagnostics and software upgrades can be provided via the modem without the need for an onsite service call. ETC's service support is Factory Direct with veteran Field Service Engineers who possess comprehensive knowledge through their many years of dedicated sterilizer support.
Manuals
Our OEM Manuals are simply the best in the industry. Each comprehensive manual is model/equipment specific and provide the end user with the information necessary to operate, support validation and conduct equipment maintenance on. "As built" drawings, bill of materials, recommended spare parts, vendor component cut sheets, etc. are all inclusive of our standard manual.
