Sterilizer Service Contracts

ETC’s Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA) covers all manufactures’ sterilizer and related sterilizer equipment. All equipment to be covered by the agreement is first surveyed by an ETC field service engineer. The PMA cost is then based upon the engineer’s survey and on the type, location and condition of the sterilizer equipment to be coved by the contract.

Once the sterilizer is brought up to the proper operating standards, the PMA contract becomes effective and the customer’s sterilizer is then inspected routinely to prevent downtime and assure maximum performance. These inspections are scheduled so as to not interfere with the normal operation of the sterilizer equipment.
