ETC Sterilizers: All-Inclusive 5 year warranty
ETC Sterilization Systems announces it’s “All inclusive” five (5) year warranty program identified as the “Premium Plus” warranty. On newly manufactured pharmaceutical sterilizer equipment, when selecting the five year preventive maintenance contract option, the equipment owner enjoys the benefit of the all inclusive “Premium Plus” parts and labor warranty for the purchased sterilizer during the five year contract period.
Coverage is contingent upon client acceptance of the preventive maintenance (PM) program and the owner making the sterilizer available for twice yearly PM service by ETC. The warranty covers all parts within the sterilizer excepting consumables such as filter cartridges and door gaskets. In addition to the all inclusive coverage of the Premium Plus warranty, all new sterilizer systems have the benefit of a fifteen year vessel and sterilizer door warranty as well, which provides protection against vessel or vessel door(s) defects in material or workmanship.
ETC offers this program based on extensive performance and reliability analysis of its’ installed systems base and the excellent equipment track record demonstrated over many years of service to our many clients.
